What is a turnkey project?
It is a contract with the help of which a firm will agree to design, construct, and equip a manufacturer/business/service before deciding to turn over the project to the client. On the completion of the project, the entire operation is ready for remuneration.
In the case of construction projects, the developer undertakes the entire responsibility from design to completion and only hands over the project to the buyer in ready to use condition.
Another way to describe this in the real estate field is a project in which the builder absorbs all the risks until the project has reached a certain point. It is usually the point at which the project is ready for occupancy. Simply put a turnkey project is one in which the property is purchased and already contains furnishing and other objects when the buyer moves in.
